Want to get a glimpse of Pope Francis up close when he visits the Philippines next month?
The Manila City Hall announced that they need 20,000 volunteers for the visit of the pope on January 2015.
The lucky volunteers who will be selected will act as human barricades along the route of the papal convoy in Manila.
Manila Vice Mayor Isko Moreno said the volunteers will not get paid but will receive free food and t-shirts.
Pope Francis is expected to arrive in the Philippines on January 15, 2014 where he will hold mass at least three times ( Manila Cathedral, Tacloban and Luneta) before he goes back to Vatican City on January 19.
