"I'm facing the charges. I've always faced it," she was quoted as saying by radio reports.

Reyes flew abroad days before the Department of Justice-NBI team filed plunder charges with the Office of the Ombudsman against her, three senators including Enrile, and 35 other parties for their alleged roles in diverting billions of pesos of Priority Development Assistance Fund (PDAF) into bogus nongovernment organizations of businesswoman Janet Lim Napoles.

On the Philippine Airlines flight PR 105 that she took from San Francisco to Manila which arrived about 4 a.m. Saturday, she was manifested as "Jessica Reyes."

She was escorted by two men believed to be security personnel in civilian clothes, but it wasn't clear whether they were private or state  employees.

Reyes was then whisked away in a private vehicle to an unknown destination.

Reyes was named among the respondents in the plunder case for allegedly signing documents to release Enrile's pork barrel to bogus non-government organizations put up by Janet  Lim-Napoles, who is said to have masterminded the scam.--Source: Philstar/Interaksyon
