Another photo of fugitive ex-cop Cezar Mancao, this time posing in front of the Department of Justice (DOJ) Building in Manila surfaced, prompting Justice Secretary Leila De Lima to accuse him of engaging in a publicity stunt just so he could "insult" the DOJ and the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI).

Speaking to reporters on Tuesday, De Lima said recent photos that surfaced on Mancao standing in front of the DOJ main office in Padre Faura, Manila and the NBI headquarters, also in Manila, were photoshopped.
The justice chief called on media men not to entertain Mancao's antics anymore.
"Kung may sinasabi pa ako, lalo siyang feeling important... Bakit ninyo kasi pinapatulan pa yun? Halata naman na photoshopped yun. Halata. Sana hindi na pinapatulan yung ganun. Nang-dedenggoy na siya, nakakainsulto na siya masyado...'
"Binibigyan siya ng venue na mag-gagaganun eh. That's clearly a photoshop so bakit pinapayagan yun? Pina-publish? Nang-loloko eh. Kabastusan na," De Lima said.
Mancao, an accused in the Dacer-Corbito double murder case, bolted his detention facility at NBI Manila and has since granted media interviews and released photographs of him in various locations amid a manhunt launched by the NBI and the police.
De Lima said the manhunt continues but Mancao is "not a priority" case, in so far as the NBI, an attached agency of the DOJ, is concerned.
"Hindi siya priority namin. Ang priority namin is the Taiwanese issue, that incident. Siyempre, yung ibang importante na investigations ongoing din yun. Pero yung kay Mancao... kasi sinasayang niya resources at yung pagod ng mga tao. Yung mga pinag-gagagawa niyang mga stunt na yan, hindi na dapat pnapatulan yan," she said.--Source: ABS-CBN News
