Veteran actress Bella Flores, known for her villainess roles, passed away at the age of 84 on Sunday, May 19.

Flores’ blood pressure fell to 86 over 44, according to her daughter Ruby Arcilla, who rushed her to the hospital with the help of singer Imelda Papin.
"Noong pinadala namin dito, okay pagdating dito sa hospital, (though) she could hardly breathe. We were trying to revive her I think three times, hindi na na-revive. Pronounced dead siya 1:27 a.m.” (When we brought her to the hospital, she was okay but she could hardly breathe. We were trying to revive her, I think 3 times, but we weren’t able to revive her. She was pronounced dead 1:27 am)” singer Imelda Papin told dzBB.
Flores’ remains will be brought to the Loyola Memorial Chapels and Crematorium in Quezon City, where a public viewing will take place starting at noon.
"Sixty-two years siya in showbiz, maraming lives na na-touch sa kanyang pag-arte. (She spent 62 years in showbiz, she touched many lives with her acting),” said Arcilla of her mother, who was best known for her award-winning villainous roles.
One of Flores' last films was Paolo Villanueva's "Ilusyon" where she played the role of landlady Manang Karing.
