Swatch watch fanatics will be having a grand day on November 5 as the country's new Swatch+Swatch Center on 918 Arnaiz Avenue, Makati, finally opens to the public, in time for the watch factory's 25th year anniversary in the Philippines.
The center used to house the 7-story high National Bookstore located along Pasay Road, which is now called Arnaiz Avenue.
The former establishment, which is now a two-story building of over 10,000-sq ft of space, will be the country’s first Swatch center.

His world-class creation “Sabel,” a portrayal of a woman scavenger of Bambang, Manila, has become a global icon for Philippine art for the past decades.
With the Swatch "Sabel," BenCab now joins the ranks of about 75 foremost artists in the world chosen by the leading Swiss watchmaker to design its limited-edition lines.
Also to be featured is the new Swatch Christmas Special, Holiday Twist, which will only be available at Swatch+Swatch.
