Next time you graduate, make sure you're not wearing an all-too sexy attire.

In Iloilo City, a ceremony of pharmacy board graduates had to be cancelled because the ladies were wearing clothes deemed too skimpy and "scandalous" by an official.

Lily Ann Baldago, PRC-6 director was not pleased to see some of the women in inappropriate outfits saying, “I arrived one hour in advance and they have all the time to change but to no avail; however, they refused to follow the prescribed dress code.”

Baldago said the males were dressed properly but more than 10 female wore revealing outfits, skirts  five to six inches above the knee with “which the gentlemen would enjoy seeing them”.

Baldago said there was no point in conducting the oath taking affair when some of the almost 70 pharmacists refused to give dignity to the occasion.

“It’s my responsibility to implement the protocol of PRC. I have been authorized.”

Males were required to wear polo or barong. Maong pants, denims, shots, rubber shoes and sandals are not allowed.

The ladies can only wear semi-formal, Sunday dress, Filipiniana or skirts no more than 2 inches above the knee. Pants, sleeveless, blouses, spaghetti straps are prohibited.--Source: Global Dispatch
