Good news for the Philippine Cebuanos. The dialect has been added to Google Translate which means that the user can now find the content of the language on the web.

Google Translate is a free statistical multilingual machine-translation service provided by Google  to translate written text from one language into another.

Other languages which are new additions to the Google Translate are Bosnian the official language in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Marathi of India, Hmong which is spoken in many countries across the world, including China, Vietnam, Laos, and Thailand and Javanese the second most-spoken language in Indonesia.

Currently Google Translate more than 70 of the world languages. Till now the popular languages whose content is available on the web are English, Chinese, French or Spanish. But there are millions of people around the world who speak an incredible array of languages that currently have a small presence across the web.--Source: Telecom Tiger
