DJ Chacha's 'Malikot' book and her love advice for PNoy, Freddie Aguilar

Don't look now, but the ever-lovin' radio babe DJ Chacha of MOR 101.9FM already has a book under her credit, “Napakasakit Ate Chacha: Mga Usapang Malikot, Maharot at Makirot,” now making waves among those who are in love, fell out of love, and wanting to fall in love again.

Chacha’s first book features the best advice on love, sex and relationships shared over the hit late-night counselling program “Heartbeats with Chacha Babes”.

She says:

“All issues about love encountered by all genders are tackled in my book and I’m sure each reader—whether or not a loyal listener of my radio show—can relate and even agree with some of my thoughts there,”

“The experience of completing the compilation of my favorite love advice made me appreciate the everyday love calls I receive from my listeners and made me discover that aside from talking, I could actually write,”

“This book is very personal because I put a lot of effort to really make it such a worthwhile and pleasurable text that readers would want to read it over and over again. Just like my radio show, it covers no-holds-barred sharings of real-life funny, naughty, yet sensible matters about love, sex, and relationships.”

Chacha, “Ang Nag-iisang Diyosa sa Balat ng Radyo,” conceptualized the book together with “MOR 101.9 For Life!” head Roxy Liquigan, editor Grace Libero and her friend writer who recently passed away, Butch Guerero.

Meanwhile, in an interview with Wilson Lee Flores published on the Philippine Star on Sunday, DJ Chacha, whose real name is Czarina Marie Balba, also shared her love advices on some of the famous celebrities whose love lives made headlines in 2013.

These are what DJ Chacha has to say:

For President Benigno Aquino III:

"I would try to share advice about his love life, and why his past relationships were mostly short-lived. Maybe our president thinks bagets pa siya (he is still young). I would advise him that he’s already mature and needs to settle down, that’s what I would honestly tell him if he called my radio show.
"Hindi porke marami kang pera at hindi porke galing ka sa Aquino clan ay basehan na para makahanap ka nang matinong babae at seryosohang relationship. My advice to P-Noy: in 2014, he should be serious about looking for the woman he could settle down with. I would remind him that he’s no longer young and that it’s time for him to have his own family."

For Kris Aquino:

"I would advise Kris that she shouldn’t have a boyfriend now, pahinga muna ang puso. I think guys are intimidated by her. I would tell her that she should keep in mind that when it comes to relationships, even if she’s Kris Aquino, all are equals, she and the man."

For Freddie Aguilar:

"I would tell Freddie Aguilar that, yes, I believe that age doesn’t matter in love, but at least naman wait for the right age before marrying her so people won’t accuse him of being a maniac!"

For Sarah Geronimo:

"Pakialamera pa rin nanay niya sa love life ni Sarah. She’s already 25 and is going to be 26 this year. Sarah is already of the right age and she looks like a responsible girl. If Sarah wanted to get pregnant before, she could already have done so before, but she’s responsible. Sarah’s mom should give her freedom to decide on her own, especially on love."

For Senator Francis “Chiz” Escudero and Heart Evangelista:

"I’m not telling Heart that it’s all right for her to quarrel with her parents, but in my opinion Heart is right to fight for her love for Chiz. They’re not doing anything wrong. I think sooner or later, with perfect timing, Heart’s parents will eventually accept a guy who’s separated, a man who came from a bad marriage and with two children. Hopefully for Heart, Chiz is the guy for her already, hopefully he will be her last boyfriend, because it’s difficult too if one keeps on changing boyfriends. She should prove to her parents that she’s not wrong in fighting for Chiz.
"I would also tell Chiz that I think he’s a gentleman, because he never publicly badmouthed the parents. I would tell Chiz he is right in not saying bad things about Heart’s parents in public, because I think he knows the problem can be overcome and he doesn’t want to someday regret it."

For Mar Roxas and Korina Sanchez:

"Mar and Korina seem happy now. My advice to them: Go have a baby soon, do not delay anymore, because you’re no longer young."

For Piolo Pascual:

"Ayoko magsalita. Kung saan siya masaya, doon na lang siya, mabait kasi talaga si Piolo. He deserves someone to love him and to take care of him, kung sino man siya, ang suwerte mo, kasi si Piolo Pascual ‘yan."

For Vicki Belo:

"My concern about Dr. Belo is she might go back again to Hayden Kho. I would advise her: tantanan mo na, huwag mo na balikan. Learn from the last, she should learn from past mistakes and move on."

“Napakasakit Ate Chacha: Mga Usapang Malikot, Maharot at Makirot” is released by ABS-CBN Publishing Inc., and is currently available on bookstores nationwide for P175.

Her shows airs Monday to Friday, from 9pm to 12mn, on ABS-CBN’s official FM radio station in “MOR 101.9 For Life!”  --Source: Philstar/ABS-CBN News
