Andrea Koreen Garcia Medina, Philippine bet for the Miss Intercontinental 2013 won third runner up in the glittering coronation night held in Magdeburg, Germany last Saturday.

Miss Russia Yekaterina Plekhova was crowned the new Miss International, with Aleyda Enid Ortiz Rodriguez of Puerto Rico, first runner-up; Margarita Maria Peralta Tovar of Colombia, second runner-up; and Kayla Nel of South Africa, fourth runner-up.
The five winners were also named intercontinental queens of Europe, North America, South America, Asia & Oceania and Africa.
Koreen was a Pilipinas Got Talent Season 2 contestant, the Grand Prize winner in the Coca-Cola Music Talent Search Finals in 2011, and the Grand Winner of “My Girl,” a pageant-like search on ABS-CBN.
She was 2013 Mutya ng Pilipinas Asia-Pacific International.
The pageant is organized by the World Beauty Organization, with 59 beautiful women from around the globe.
