Facebook released their Annual Year in Review on Monday, its top 10 most talked about issues on the social network in 2013.

According to PC Magazine, among the top ten were public figures and events the users were most interested in talking about, like Pope Francis, followed by a number of global elections in places such as India, Kenya, Iran and Italy.

The royal baby of Prince William and Kate Middleton went third in the global list, followed by Typhoon Haiyan (Yolanda) in the Philippines.

The death of former British Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher also got Facebook’s global users talking, the dance moves of Harlem Shake, as did discussion of Miley Cyrus, Tour de France and the Boston Marathon.

Catching up on the list is Nelson Mandela. Facebook said that 55 million people accumulated more than 115 million interactions related to the passing of Nelson Mandela worldwide.
