The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) has released a list of roads covered by the expanded number coding scheme now being implemented by the agency.

The MMDA stated in its "Unified Vehicular Volume Reduction Program" that starting at 7 to 10 AM and 5 to 8 PM, the expanded number coding will be implemented on all major thoroughfares, while the respective local government units, that have jurisdiction over the secondary roads, will be in-charge of its implementation.

The MMDA also said that all circumferential and radial roads in Metro Manila have a "no window hour policy."




Among the radial roads include:

  1. Roxas Boulevard from C.M. Recto Ave. to MIA Road;
  2. Taft Avenue from Lawton to Redemptorist;
  3. Pres. Osmeña Highway from Pres. Quirino Ave. to Nichols Interchange;
  4. Shaw Boulevard from Ramon Magsaysay Blvd. to Pasig Blvd.;
  5. Ortigas Avenue from Santolan to Imelda Avenue;
  6. Aurora Blvd / Magsaysay Blvd from Legarda / Ramon Magsaysay to C5 Katipunan;
  7. España, Quezon Ave. and Commonwealth Ave. from Carlos Palanca to Quezon Ave. to Commonwealth Ave. to Mindanano Ave.;
  8. A. Bonifacio Ave. from Blumentritt to EDSA Balintawak;
  9. Rizal Ave. from Carriedo to Monumento, Caloocan City; and
  10. Northern Coastal from Recto to C-4.





While Circumferential roads include:

  1. C.M. Recto Ave. from Roxas Blvd. to Legarda;
  2. A.H. Lacson Ave., Pres. Quirino Ave. from Roxas Blvd. up to R-10;
  3. Araneta Ave., Sgt. Rivera from N. Domingo to R-10;
  4. EDSA from R-10 to Macapagal Blvd.; and
  5. Pres. CP Garcia Avenue from Commonwealth Ave. to South SuperHighway.

Apart from those stated above, there are several other main streets that are covered by the number coding scheme, among which are:

  1. A. Mabini St. from Samson Road to C-3;
  2. Alabang Zapote Road from Alabang to Real St. Quirino Ave.;
  3. Mc Arthur Highway from Monumento Circle to Valenzuela/Meycauyan Boundary;
  4. Marcos Highway from Katipunan to Sumulong Highway;
  5. Las Piñas City;
  6. Mandaluyong City; and
  7. Makati City.
