Pursuant to Pasig City Ordinance No. 23, s. 2016, the city's Traffic and Parking Management Office or TPMO will strictly enforce the implementation of the use of WHEEL CLAMP and TIRE LOCK SYSTEM to immobilize ILLEGALLY PARKED vehicles in areas designated as “No Parking” and “Tow Away Zone” starting July 28, 2022.

Violators will have to pay P1,500 for the release/removal of the clamping device. Destroying or illegally removing wheel clamps, however, will result in a P2,500 fine, one-month imprisonment, or both.
