Baguio City imposes new policies as to leisure travel restrictions, limits and requirements effective January 6, 2022 and will last till January 18, 2022. 

Baguio City Travel Advisory January 2022: New requirements, restrictions for all leisure travels



Below is a list of  NEW LIMITS & REQUIREMENTS for LEISURE TRAVELS as per the city's EO 01, s. 2022 

1.  Limited approval of up to 4000 individual registrations per day for yellow and purple QTPs
*yellow QTPs= for tourists staying with friends or relatives, or not staying overnight.
*purple QTPs= for tourists staying in accommodation establishments without standalone triage units 

2. Additional approval for blue QTPs up to 70% guest capacity of accommodation establishments with own triage
*blue QTPS for tourists staying in accommodation establishments with own standalone triage units 

3. Vaccination cards or certificates for adults, showing full vaccination
*(not required for minors)
*full vaccination means 2 weeks after the last dose 





4. Negative RT-PCR test result within 72 hours prior to arrival; or, negative Antigen test result within 24 hours prior to arrival for tourists from areas under ALERT LEVEL 3 (not required for children 11 years old and below)
* such is also required for unvaccinated or partially vaccinated minors 12 to 17 years old even if from low-risk areas; if no available test. Antigen test will be conducted upon arrival at the expense of the tourist 

NOTE:  Mandatory triage upon arrival still applies

Additional notes:
1. Previously approved travels with issued QTPs will still be honored and allowed on the entry date declared, but starting January 6 test results will be an additional requirement if coming from Alert Level 3 areas.

2. Red-shaded dates on Baguio VISITA have already reached the entry limit and therefore registration cannot proceed. Choose instead available dates, or book in hotels with standalone triage and with available rooms. 

3. Baguio VISITA is for leisure travel only. APORs, essential/business travels, medical/professional appointments, students, workers/employees, returning residents, or passing through must register in hdf.baguio.gov.ph, and show documentary proof of your reason.
