The Land Transportation Office (LTO) sets its Central Command Center (C3) on its Pilot Testing Phase. The office shall be ready to serve the public twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week.
Initially, the C3 shall allow the public to report lost or carnapped motor vehicles, stolen motor vehicle license plates, and sale or disposition of previously registered motor vehicles.
The public can send in their reports through calling the C3 hotline, 1-342-586, or through using the CitiSend app, available in the Google Play Store.
On its official and full implementation, the C3 shall be able to accept reports of road incidents as well, namely:
Car Registration Query
Carnapping
Damaged License Plate
Emergency Call
Emergency Tracking
Hit and Run
Illegal Parking
Lost Motorcycle
Medical Emergency
MV operating on the road using fake License Plate
MV operating on the road using tampered License Plate
MV operating on the road without License Plate
Number Coding Violations
Reckless Driving
Riding-in-Tandem
Road Rage
Seized Motorcycle
Use of Fake License Plate in a Crime
Use of Stolen License Plate
Vehicle Fire
The reports shall be received by trained dispatch officers who shall alert the nearest responders to initiate an immediate response.
