WHAT IS A MINISTOP PACK ?
Ministop Pack is a prepaid delivery service in an all-you-can-fit poly mailer that delivers straight to any participating Ministop store in Metro Manila. Whether it’s to send a product to a customer or a package to a friend, Ministop Pack has got you covered.

Simply purchase your Ministop Packs from participating Ministop stores, fill out the form attached on the back of the pack, hand it over to any Ministop staff and your parcel will be ready for delivery.

REGULAR NINJA PACKS
Convenient ways to purchase and send your Metro Manila and Provincial packs are also available in select Ministop stores. You can choose to send your Metro Manila & Provincial parcels through Ninja Van's partner Ministop stores.

If you have an existing Ninja Van account, you can also purchase a Ninja pack per piece in the Ministop store (no need to purchase by the bundle). Simply create your order online through your Ninja Van dashboard and a company rider will pick up your parcel from the comfort of your home.

I DON'T KNOW HOW TO USE MINISTOP NINJA PACKS. COULD YOU HELP ME?
Sure thing! After purchasing the Pack in the Ministop store, simply write down the Recipient’s Details and the Return Address on the Recipient’s Details section on the Pack. For Ministop to Ministop shipments, kindly make sure to write down the Ministop Short Code in the Recipient Details section.

DO NINJA PACKS HAVE AN EXPIRY DATE?
Yes. Every Ministop Pack comes with an expiry date, which is indicated right next to the Pack's tracking ID (QR Code). The usage period is typically >12 months from the date of purchase.

CAN I USE CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) WITH NINJA PACKS?
Ministop Packs shipped through Ministop can only accommodate Non-COD orders. If you would like to send a COD order, create an order through your Dashboard account using the White and Red Ninja Packs
