The Land Transportation Office (LTO) will be back in operation in its offices in NCR Plus (Metro Manila and the provinces of Bulacan, Cavite, Laguna, and Rizal) on Monday, May 3, 2021.
This after the agency suspended its operations on April 12 following the declaration of Modified Enhanced Community Quarantine (MECQ) in these areas.
LTO also said that in view of the enforcement of Modified Enhanced Community Quarantine (MECQ) in NCR Plus, Quirino Province, the City of Santiago in Isabela, municipality of Pateros, Abra in the Cordillera Administrative Region, the validity of registration of motor vehicles with plate number ending in “3” and “4” has been EXTENDED up to 30 June 2021 and 31 July 2021, respectively.
Likewise, the validity of registration of motor vehicles with plate number ending in “5” has been EXTENDED up to 30 August 2021.
The public is reminded to follow health and safety protocols, like wearing of face masks,face shields in dealing with transactions to ensure each other’s safety.
