The compact car Mitsubishi Mirage/Mirage G4 has been significantly improved in 2021. The front and rear designs have been redesigned, preventive safety equipment has been strengthened, and it now comes with a single special edition.
The 2021 Mirage sports a new front bumper, redesigned LED headlights, and a ‘dynamic shield’ front grille as seen in the Outlander and Eclipse Cross. LED running lights are also available on the top variant.
Under the hood, the 2021 Mirage retains the same 1.2-liter three-cylinder (78 horsepower and 74 pound-feet of torque) but it gets an optional CVT automatic for the top trim. The five-speed manual transmission is still available, but only on the base models.
Safety features has been enhanced for the 2021 Mirage with the installation of forward collision mitigation with pedestrian detection. For the top variant, a lane departure warning and auto high beams are offered as optional equipment. Infotainment system comes in seven inches and gets the Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.
The special edition 2021 Mirage has special amenities such as "a revised front grille and air dam, side air dam, B-pillar decal and rear air dam with carbon-pattern surfaces and contrasting red accents.”
Prices start at 1,432,200 yen (approx Php 662,000) to 1,569,700 yen (approx Php 726,000).
