For 2021, the Toyota Vios GR Sport receives significant changes and upgrades; including new GR-themed interiors, tuned-up suspensions and an enhanced CVT transmission.
The 2021 Toyota Vios GR-S comes with a new GR-S Aerokit which consists of front and rear bumper spoilers, and side skirts. The front section now has a new sporty look with an upgraded grille and fog lamp slots. The Vios GR-S also gets LED lighting all around.

Inside the cockpit are black leather and suede seats amid black interiors with red stitchings. GR badges are also present all over the interior - headrests, infotainment system, push start button and even the carpet is emblazoned with the GR theme.
The Vios GR-S also receives a new instrument cluster with a 7″ touch screen display, Apple Carplay & Android Auto-ready, Tuner, MP3, Voice Dial, USB, AUX & Bluetooth, and an audio system with 6 speakers.
Underneath, the Vios GR-S gets its already reliable Mcpherson struts and torsion beams tweaked for sports performance, and an enhanced CVT that is able to switch into 10-speed while in Sports Mode.
On top of these new upgrades are the usual safety amenities such as 7 airbags, ABS with EBD & BA, vehicle stability and traction control, hill-start assist, parking sensors, impact absorbing body structure, head and side impact protection, etc.
The engine remains the same though, as it stll gets its power from the same 1.5 liter machine with 107hp and 140Nm of torque.
Toyota has yet to confirm the 2021 Vios GR-S availability in the Philippines.
Price is set at RM 95,284 or approximately Php 1.13 million.
