Rapper 50 Cent, on Monday, pleaded not guilty to a domestic abuse charge stemming from a June incident where he allegedly attacked his former girlfriend -- Filipina model-actress Daphne Narvaez -- and also trashed her Toluca Lake, Calif., condo, E!News reported.

According to reports, the court order also requires 50 Cent to either hand over firearms in his possession to authorities or to sell them to a federally-licensed arms dealer.
Reportedly, 50 Cent got into a spat with Narvaez on June 23 and he attempted to break down her bedroom door and kicked her, causing an unspecified injury. The rapper is also said to have damaged furniture, chandeliers, a television set and a table lamp, destroying property worth $7,000 in Narvaez's house.
50 Cent, who was later charged with misdemeanor domestic violence and four counts of vandalism, had left the house by the time cops arrived.
He is due back in court on Sept. 4 for a pre-trial hearing, and if convicted, the rapper could face up to five years in jail and $46,000 in fines.
Shortly after his court appearance on Monday, 50 Cent took to his Instagram account to post an inspirational message, probably hinting at his recent legal troubles. The photo is that of a pair of sneakers with the message, "Step into my shoes and walk the life I'm living and if you get as far as I am, just maybe you will see how strong I really am."
In a press statement, a representative for Narvaez requested privacy for her during this time.
Narvaez played a mermaid in the Johnny Depp-starrer "Pirates of the Carribean" and also appeared on TV shows such as "CSI: Las Vegas" and "Criminal Minds."
