So what's wrong with posting your sunburnt skin on Instagram?

If you're Kris Aquino and tagged your photo with "Quits na tayo!" -- equating your sunburn with the woes of Metro Manila commuters, then everything is absolutely wrong.

It could have been just a joke from the TV host-actress, but netizens certainly didn't like it when Kris wrote this comment describing a photo of her sunburnt skin.

Quits na tayo sa lahat ng nahirapan mag-commute these past days. Patas ang mundo, patche-patche naman ang balat ko.

She earlier brought the wives of visiting economic leaders to the historical Fort Santiago and had to stay in the sun for a few hours.

People said the post seemed "insensitive" as a simple sunburn cannot compare to the pains of metro commuters when going to work everyday.

The APEC summit had created monstrous traffic jams in southern Metro Manila over the past week, making people walk their way to their respective destinations.
